Cheshire County Council are currently undertaking a review which may be of interest to you. The review, called "Possible Changes to Residential Short Stay and Day Services for Older People in Cheshire" includes proposals to provide specialist services to older people with dementia and the closure of three residential centres across Cheshire.

Cheshire Community Voice are hoping to collate our members views on this consultation and will be running a consultation focus group in October. Dates and venue will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed.

In the meantime please tell us what you think of the consultation by posting your views here. We will take comments made on the forum to be included in our response to Cheshire County Council.
